Description
Our wholesale “The One” Knife by Laguiole France was created by Master French Artisan and 4th generation knife maker David Beauvoir. The purpose: to create the perfect fine dining knife. The “One” features exceptional precision cutting, corrosion resistance, bacterial resistance, strength, and most importantly – longevity within a restaurant space. Made of X20Cr13 Stainless Steel in the knife making capital of France, each knife is cold forged allowing for excellent mechanical characteristics: hardness, wear resistance, and increased corrosion resistance. Knife blade can be customized with a brand’s logo via laser etch.
